Erika Baldino

Erika Baldino currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, LLC, where a team achieved the first TRID closing in New Jersey on October 30, 2015. Erika has held board positions with Eastern American CDC and North Jersey Chamber of Commerce since 2013. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Foundation Title and serving as an Environmental Chemist at the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, focusing on research related to the Meadowlands Environmental Research Institute. Erika began academic pursuits as a Student Research Biologist at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where the first project was conducted in collaboration with Dr. James Salierno, supported by a grant from Pfizer. Erika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and attended Wroxton College.
