Matthew has held various managerial and directorial positions in companies such as BGC Contracting, NRW Civil & Mining, and Mineral Resources Limited. Matthew is currently serving as the Director of North Lane Consulting and holds the position of Alliance Recruitment Manager at both Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance and South West Gateway Alliance. Matthew has a diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Management, as well as a diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Matthew also holds degrees in Telecommunications and Communications and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington.
