Norma Cotto

Norma Cotto is a Business Manager at North Line Partners supporting the Founding Partners and serving as a key liaison to clients and candidates. She has been with North Line Partners since June 2014 and brings more than 20 years of C-level experience as an Executive Assistant having worked for CTPartners supporting the CEO & Board, Life Sciences and Professional Services practices.

Previously, Norma worked for Noble Street Charter High Schools as Office Manager managing day-to-day operations for the Chicago Bulls College Prep campus. She was an integral part of the founding team that launched the school, including recruitment and enrollment of 225+ freshman students. Norma previously worked in various industries including: online travel, private equity, finance, printing and law.

Norma holds a Leadership in Ministry Certificate from Christian Fellowship Theological Seminary. She lives in Chicago, IL.
