Paul Friend FCCT is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Founding Principal of North London Collegiate School (Singapore) since July 2019. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Principal at North London Collegiate School Jeju from July 2014 to July 2019 and was Headmaster at Dulwich College Shanghai from February 2009 to July 2014. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Head of School at Utahloy International School, Principal at Baobab College, and Head of Boarding at Dulwich International College. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Wolverhampton.

North London Collegiate School in Singapore will open in September 2020 as a day school for pupils aged 3-18, bringing NLCS’ ethos of rigorous scholarship, extra-curricular excellence and outstanding pastoral care to Singapore. It is planned that NLCS in Singapore will be an International Baccalaureate Continuum School, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the IB Diploma.
