Megan Lysholm

Megan Lysholm is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as the Training and Development Supervisor at North LA County Regional Center since June 2021, where responsibilities include compliance, analysis, and instructional design. Previously, Megan held the position of Training Coordinator, Office Manager, and Social Media Manager at Hollywood Toys & Costumes from July 2013 to March 2020, achieving significant improvements in employee satisfaction and retention through effective program design.
