Brandon Thies

Brandon Thies is an IT Systems Analyst specializing in ServiceNow at North Memorial Health since April 2023. Previously, Brandon worked as a ServiceNow Developer at Optum from June 2020 to April 2023, engaging with process owners to build applications, design system functionality, and support production applications while gaining hands-on experience with JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, and HTML/CSS. Brandon's career at Optum began with roles as a Software Engineer and completed two rotations in the Technology Development Program from June 2019 to April 2020, and as a Technology Development Intern in both 2017 and 2018. Brandon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completing studies from 2014 to 2019, following graduation from Chaska High School in 2014.
