Dustin Kuklenz

Dustin Kuklenz is a seasoned HRMS professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Sr. HRMS Administrator for North Memorial Health Care since August 2008. In this role, Dustin maintains the UltiPro HR system configuration, overseeing various modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration. Responsibilities also include creating and managing data interface specifications, testing system upgrades, and project managing the implementation of new features to enhance automation. Prior to this, Dustin worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture, Ltd. from March 2004 to August 2008. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Waldorf College.
