Heather Dahle has over two decades of experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Consultant at North Memorial Health since January 2020, Heather has previously held roles including Senior Labor Relations Consultant at Fairview Health Services and Human Resources Business Partner at HealthEast. At HealthEast, responsibilities included collaborating with leadership to develop people strategies and participating in labor management and contract negotiations. Heather's diverse background also features positions in various organizations such as Lifetouch Portrait Studios and Lund Food Holdings, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Metro State University, Heather emphasizes strategic partnerships and conflict resolution throughout the career.
