Mary Haggerty

Mary Haggerty, CPCS has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on medical staff services and credentialing. Mary currently works as the Director of Medical Staff Services at North Memorial Health since June 2023. Prior to this, from April 2021 to June 2023, Mary served as the Clinical Staff Services Manager at Included Health.

Before that, Mary held various roles at Fairview Health Services from 2012 to 2021. Mary was the Credentialing Operations Manager from August 2019 to April 2021, where they oversaw and supported credentialing operations for a large number of practitioners within the Fairview Health System. As the Regional Supervisor of Medical Staff Services from December 2016 to August 2019, they responsible for the operations and development of the Medical Staff Services department at Fairview Lakes and Fairview Northland Medical Centers and Maple Grove Surgery Center. Mary also served as a Medical Staff Services Coordinator from October 2012 to November 2016.

Mary's previous work experience includes being a Credentialing Specialist at Avera St. Luke's Hospital from August 2008 to September 2012, as well as serving as the City Finance Officer for the City of Bristol from 2006 to 2008.

Mary began their career in the US Army, serving as an Aviation Operations Specialist from 1995 to 2002.

Mary Haggerty, CPCS has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Healthcare Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Mary also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from the same institution. In addition, they obtained the NAMSS Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification from the National Association of Medical Staff Services in December 2020.
