Michael Morelock

Michael Morelock has over a decade of experience in emergency medical services and healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Manager of Quality and Clinical Development for Ambulance Services at North Memorial Health since October 2010. In this role, Michael oversees multiple departments, focusing on quality improvement, compliance, curriculum development, and education delivery. Previous positions include Emergency Services Relationship Specialist, Metro Ambulance Operations Supervisor, and Critical Care Paramedic, contributing to a robust foundation in high-stakes medical environments. Michael also served as a Tactical Paramedic, Flight Paramedic Field Training Officer, and Paramedic Field Training Officer at the Saint Paul Fire EMS Academy, alongside roles in education as an EMT/Paramedic Instructor. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Philosophy from St. Olaf College and furthered education at Inver Hills Community College.
