Simon Sainty

Simon Sainty is an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in the construction industry, currently managing projects at CPC Civils since April 2016 and North Midland Construction PLC since November 2009, focusing on wastewater non-infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Site Agent for Severn Trent Water, managing construction sites, and Senior Site Engineer for a 22-story apartment building in Leeds. Simon began as a Site Engineer with North Midland Construction PLC after earning a BSc (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2005.
