Rob Edwards

Rob Edwards is a seasoned security and law enforcement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Security at North Mississippi Health Services since July 2023, Rob previously worked as an Instructor for the Doctrinal Training Team at Valiant Integrated Services. With a distinguished career in the Mississippi Army National Guard, Rob retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after nearly 28 years, during which assignments included Tactical Intelligence Officer and Area Security/Force Protection Officer, along with multiple deployments in support of military operations. Rob's law enforcement background includes nearly 26 years with the Tupelo Police Department, where Rob held numerous roles ranging from Patrolman to Administrative Services Officer. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Mississippi and dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from Trident University International.
