Russell Williams

Russell Williams is an accomplished planning professional currently serving as the Assistant Director - Planning at North Norfolk District Council since February 2023. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Chief Executive and various roles at Ipswich Borough Council from November 1995 to January 2023. Russell's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree and Diploma in Town Planning from Cardiff University, completed in 1995, and a Diploma in Management Studies from Suffolk New College, obtained in 2002. Early education was acquired at Cardiff High School, where Russell studied from 1983 to 1990.
