Emily Harlley

Emily Harlley is a professional with extensive experience in various roles related to housing, business analysis, and financial services. Currently serving as a Home Ownership Officer at North Northamptonshire Council since July 2023, Emily has also held the position of Management Assistant in Temporary Housing at the London Borough of Enfield since September 2018. Prior to this, Emily led a team of 17 as a Business Analyst Team Lead at Tritek Consulting Limited from November 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included delivering an AI system and adhering to Wagile Methodology. Emily's earlier experience includes roles in market research, client relationships, and relationship management at Stanbic Bank Ghana and Standard Chartered Bank. Academically, Emily holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from the University of Ghana.
