Sam Lake

Sam Lake has extensive experience in digital and technology program management, currently serving as the Digital & Technology Programme Manager, Transformation Programme Manager, and Transformation Project Manager at North Northamptonshire Council since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at Northamptonshire County Council, including Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included leading a team for the ICT sector and overseeing the O365 programme, as well as serving as a Business Change Analyst. Other notable positions include Digital Agile Business Analyst at LGSS Digital and multiple roles at Northamptonshire County Council, focusing on business systems and project management. Earlier experience includes project and procurement support roles at Pearson, Wincanton, Avon, and Hertz. Sam holds a BA Hons degree in Business & Psychology from the University of Northampton.
