Jherie Ducombs

Jherie Ducombs is currently the VP / Assistant Chief Medical Officer at North Oaks Health System since November 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Cardiologist at North Oaks Cardiology since August 2004. Additionally, they served as the Network Operations Council Chairman at North Oaks Physician Group from November 2013 to August 2020. Jherie completed their fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease Residency Program at The University of Texas Medical Branch from 2001 to 2004, their residency in Internal Medicine Residency Program at Medical University of South Carolina from 1998 to 2001, and earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 1998. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University.
