Abderrahmane B. has gained expertise in risk management, planning and reporting, project control, resource management, and supervision throughout their career.

Abderrahmane B. obtained an Ingénieur d'Etat en planification et statistique degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Economie Appliquée (ENSSA), Ex INPS, after attending from 1992 to 1998. In 1988, they completed their BAC in Science at Lycée Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia. In 2005, they received a Maitrise de logiciel de gestion des projets "PRIMAVERA P3 V3.1" certificate from ENGCB. In 2009, they acquired an Attestation de formation BST from ESSA SONANGOL ANGOLA, specializing in BST (Basic safety trainings: PSSR, PST, FPFF, EFA) and HUET. Abderrahmane also received an Attestation de Formation for Migration from Primavera Management to Primavera 6.2 from TOTAL E&P ANGOLA via PRIMAFrance in 2009. In 2011, they completed a PMP Preparation Exam from Project Management Global Solution. Abderrahmane B. attended a course on Applied Project Management - Based on PMBOK 5th Edition at 3 FOLD - EDUCATION CENTRE - DOHA - QATAR in 2017. Recently, in 2021, they pursued Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management. Currently, they are studying PRIMAVERA Risk Analysis at the International Center for Training and Development (ICTD) in Dubai.
