Andriadi Budiarko, PMP, PMI-RMP has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, starting with their current role as an Interface Engineer at North Oil Company Qatar. Prior to this, they worked at PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam as a Petroleum Architect - Senior Development Engineer, where they were responsible for coordinating multi-entity studies and strategic planning for offshore field development. Andriadi also served as a Project Lead, delivering contractual strategies and tender plans for various projects.

Before joining PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Andriadi worked at TotalEnergies for several years. Andriadi held the position of Contract Manager, leading a team and successfully managing the Bekapai Phase 2 Redevelopment Project. Andriadi also served as a Senior Project Engineer, overseeing the execution of projects, such as MLJ 3 well Hook Up and Maharaja Lela offshore well connection. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer, managing the engineering works of well hook-up campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Andriadi worked at PT. LAPI ITB as a Mechanical Engineer, where they led a research program focused on developing particulate composite material and engaging industrial partnerships.

Andriadi Budiarko, PMP, PMI-RMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Andriadi has also obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification from PMI Indonesia Chapter. In addition, they have completed various online courses on topics such as communication, critical thinking, presentation design, personal branding, negotiation, public speaking, and working with difficult people. Andriadi has also taken courses on creating a culture of learning and improving listening skills.
