Bilman Hutabarat

Bilman Hutabarat is a seasoned geomatics professional with extensive experience in surveying and positioning operations across various companies in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Geomatics Surveyor at North Oil Company Qatar since April 2022, Bilman previously held the position of Senior Operations Surveyor at Shell from July 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading geophysical surveys, supporting offshore engineering projects, and managing health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) protocols. Bilman's career also includes roles at C & C Technologies as a Senior Hydrographic Surveyor, and various positions focused on hydrographic surveying at Seascape Surveys, MAHAKARYA GEO SURVEY, Fugro, and PT. Geocean Indonesia, showcasing expertise in operations related to FPSO installation, pipeline inspection, and remote positioning. Bilman holds a Bachelor Degree in Geodetic and Geomatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
