Dalia Rendon

Dalia Rendon is an experienced HSEQ Advisor for Major Projects at North Oil Company Qatar since November 2021. Prior to this role, Dalia held various positions at TotalEnergies, including Head of Environment and Production Excellence Lead, from March 2018 to November 2021. Dalia's tenure at Maersk Oil from December 2011 to March 2018 encompassed roles such as Production Excellence Lead and Production Shortfall Management Specialist, where Dalia designed and implemented a Shortfall Management System. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., specializing in artificial lift methods, and Dalia's academic credentials include an M.Sc in Gas Engineering from Universidad del Zulia, completed in 2005, and a B.Sc in Petroleum Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2002. Dalia has a strong interest in fostering integration between departments.
