Ilias Jalal

Ilias Jalal has extensive work experience in project management and performance consulting. Ilias most recently worked as a Major Projects Planning Engineer at North Oil Company Qatar starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Project Performance Catalyst at Op2 - Project Performance Consulting from 2019 to 2022, where they supported the implementation of new organizations and management policies for improved project and engineering performances.

In 2021, Ilias worked as a Planning & Lean Manager at Colas Projects, where they were responsible for re-baselining projects, creating detailed schedules, establishing progress methodologies, and implementing action plans to reduce field waste time.

Ilias also has experience at Alstom as a Senior Lead Planner from 2020 to 2021, Total as a Project Performance Consultant from 2019 to 2020, ECA Group as a Project Performance Consultant in 2019, TechnipFMC in various roles from 2014 to 2019, GRTgaz as a Project Manager Deputy from 2011 to 2014, Nord Stream AG on an international mission in 2013, and Institut Néel CNRS as an Engineer Assistant in 2010.

Ilias Jalal's education history includes a Bachelor's degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they studied Physique et ses Interfaces (PI) from 2010 to 2011. Ilias then pursued further studies at École des Mines de Saint-Étienne from 2011 to 2014, obtaining an Ingénieur degree in Génie industriel (Specialization in Safety and Risk Management).
