Engineering Coordinator at North Oil Company Qatar

Mathieu CASTANO's work experience begins in 2008 as a Research Engineer at Sanofi-Aventis. Mathieu then worked at SECOMAT from 2008 to 2014, where they set up and directed a new safety department and also worked as a project manager. Mathieu joined TOTAL in 2014 as a Safety Design Lead Engineer, managing the safety team for a major international project and conducting risk assessment studies. In 2017, they worked at Fluor Corporation as a Safety Design & Risk Assessment professional. Beginning in 2018, Mathieu worked at SOFRESID ENGINEERING as a Process Safety Engineer. Most recently, they joined North Oil Company Qatar in 2019 as an Engineering Coordinator, involved in engineering coordination during FEED and EPIC for a major project in developing the Al Shaheen field.

Mathieu CASTANO obtained a Master's degree in Security and Loss Prevention Services from Mines Paris in the year 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master 2 in Physique-chimie traitement de l'air at Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour in the year 2007. In addition, they obtained a certification in Formation Analyse Risque Foudre (ARF) from SEFTIM in June 2012.
