Rio Descapria

Rio Descapria has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. They started their career in 2006 with TOTAL as a Well Intervention Engineer and later took on roles as a Completion and Workover Supervisor on different rigs. In 2014, they joined PremierOil as a Completion and Well Intervention Engineer. Following this, they worked at ADNOC Group as a PE/Well Intervention Engineer at ADCO. They then returned to PremierOil as a Sr. Well Services Engineer and later as a Drilling/Workover Operation Engineer. In 2021, Rio Descapria joined PETRONAS as a Well Services Manager. Currently, they are working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Sr. Well Intervention Engineer.

Rio Descapria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Rio has also obtained certifications in Well Intervention from the International Well Control Forum in January 2021 and T-Bossiet from PT. Lautan Tenang Jaya in July 2019.
