Roza Matayeva

Roza Matayeva is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as Lead Methods at North Oil Company Qatar since October 2022, Roza previously held the position of Finance Manager at ACTION International Services from April 2020 to September 2022. Roza's earlier tenure at Maersk Oil included roles as Business Finance Analyst and Head of Planning, Performance Management and Economics, where responsibilities encompassed financial advising and project accounting. Prior to this, Roza worked as a Supervising Senior Auditor at EY, supervising audits in the commercial and energy sectors, and held the position of Senior Accountant at Mortgage Company “BTA Ipoteka” JSC. Roza holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds and two degrees in Accounting and Business Valuation from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
