Sean Howe

Sean Howe is an experienced professional in operational excellence and business improvement, currently serving as Lean Management Champion at North Oil Company Qatar since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held several key positions, including Senior Business Improvement Consultant at Madina WLL and Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Qatar Airways, where responsibilities included overseeing high-value CAPEX projects and implementing IT system improvements. With a background in continuous improvement and quality management across diverse industries, Sean has contributed to organizations such as New York Bakery Company Ltd., Chemring, XPO Logistics Europe, Martek Marine Ltd, Polypipe, and ZF Group, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and lean principles to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Sean holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from Newcastle University.
