Stephen Fleck

Stephen Fleck has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in construction, shutdown coordination, and project management. Stephen most recently worked as the Lead, Integrated Resource Management at North Oil Company Qatar since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Offshore Campaign and Shutdown Superintendent at Team Energy Resources Middle East from November 2019 to October 2022.

Stephen has also held various roles in companies such as PD&MS Group, Wood, WorleyParsons, ExxonMobil, SYNGENTA UK LIMITED, Amec Foster Wheeler, Aker Solutions, and Wood Group PSN. These roles included responsibilities such as coordinating and managing contractors, ensuring safe project delivery, planning work scopes, liaising with clients, conducting constructability reviews, and supervising multidisciplinary teams.

Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated strong skills in project coordination, team leadership, and communication.

Stephen Fleck attended Gilmerton Primary School from 1976 to 1983. Stephen then continued their education at Gracemount High School from 1983 to 1988. After completing high school, they enrolled in Telford College from 1988 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Pipefitting and earned a City and Guilds 604 certification in Pipefitting.
