Tito Bolaños has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Tito started their career at Schlumberger as a Well Testing Engineer from December 1999 to February 2002. Tito then worked at Halliburton as an Acid-Frac Engineer from September 2004 to August 2005. After that, they joined Modis as a Consultant for Total E&P, working as a Well Performance Engineer from July 2006 to October 2011. Tito then joined Marathon Oil Corporation as a Production Engineer for a brief period from April 2012 to September 2012. Tito also worked at Total E&P Indonesia as a Well Performance Engineer and Gas Well Deliquification Project Leader from September 2012 to December 2014. Tito later joined POWELTEC as a Petroleum Engineer & Business Development Manager from June 2015 to December 2016. Currently, they are employed at North Oil Company Qatar as a Sr. Well Operations Engineer, starting in November 2016. In this role, Tito is responsible for well performance engineering for Al Shaheen Field, a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Total S.A.

Tito Bolaños has a diverse education history. Tito started their educational journey at Colegio de la Salle, where they completed their high school education from 1982 to 1989. Tito then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad de América, which they completed from 1990 to 1997.

In 2002, Tito attended Saint Giles International and obtained a degree in English as a Second Language. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Stavanger and completed their Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a specialization in Production from 2003 to 2005.

Tito furthered their language skills and cultural understanding by attending Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne in 2006. There, they completed a course in Cours de langue et civilisation française, earning the degree of Intermédiaire (B1/B2).

Overall, Tito Bolaños has a solid educational background in the fields of Petroleum Engineering and language studies, with a focus on Production in the former.
