Chase Barnett

Chase Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chase is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Northcare since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Phillips 66 for over 15 years in various roles. As the Team Lead of HR Customer Services, they managed a global HR call center and trained a team of 6 to respond to inquiries. Chase also served as the International Assignment Coordinator, handling expatriation and repatriation processes and acting as an HR Business Partner for expatriates in different regions. Before joining Phillips 66, Chase worked at Love's Travel Stops as a Divisional Employee Relations Specialist, advising management on policy violations. Chase started their career at EARC, INC. as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruiting, benefit administration, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Chase Barnett completed their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2003. Before that, they attended Ponca City High School and graduated in 1992.
