Kelsey Case

Kelsey Case is a knowledgeable Family Preservation Specialist at Northcare since April 2016, and an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Central Oklahoma, focusing on Families and Poverty. Kelsey has worked as an Independent Contractor since March 2016, delivering state and private trainings on infant mental health and trauma-affected children. Prior experience includes a role with the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, where oversight was provided for DHS custodial children, ensuring their rights were protected and involvement in Child Death and Near-Death Review Boards. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Family & Child Studies and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
