Maintenance and Process Team

The Maintenance and Process Team at NORPAC is responsible for ensuring the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of manufacturing equipment and processes. This team handles the electrical and instrumentation maintenance, power and controls management, and general maintenance tasks. They oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment to maximize production uptime and quality in the paper manufacturing facility.
