Daniel Bretzke is an experienced real estate broker and senior real property agent with a diverse background in property management and urban planning. Currently serving as a broker at North Pacific Properties and Century 21 Northwest since 2016, Daniel provides clients with extensive knowledge of real estate trends in the Pacific Northwest. Since 2008, Daniel has also held the position of senior real property agent for the City of Seattle, overseeing various real estate and facility planning projects. Previous experience includes roles as a broker at Better Properties - Seattle and development review engineer for multiple cities, reinforcing Daniel's 20-plus years of expertise in the field. Daniel holds multiple certificates in construction management and commercial real estate from the University of Washington, along with a BA in community development and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Seattle University.
