Erica Gretch is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Property Manager at North Pacific Properties since April 2017, with deep connections to Seattle's housing market developed through experience in their family's residential home building business. With a diverse career spanning various roles, Erica has served as Director of Operations at Brooks Homes, Inc. since 2004, where responsibilities included managing Home Owner Associations, marketing rental properties, and overseeing site visits and land acquisitions.
