Gediminas Bulota is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in the real estate and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner for Florida at North Park Ventures since March 2022, Gediminas focuses on value-add and opportunistic real estate projects. Prior roles include Development Manager at Integra Investments from October 2019 to March 2022, and Engineer at SSI Technologies, LLC and SSI Technologies, Inc., from March 2018 to March 2018 and September 2017 to March 2018, respectively. Gediminas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between 2012 and 2017.
