Olivia Thomas

Olivia (Liv) Thomas, M.Ed., currently serves as the Assistant Principal at North Plainfield School District since July 2025. Prior to this role, Olivia was the ECE Instructional Coach and Community & Parent Involvement Specialist at Manville School District from December 2022 to June 2025. Olivia's experience also includes serving as a School Principal and Senior Manager of Integration and Intervention at The Primary School from July 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities involved leading the Integrated Supports team to ensure effective interventions for students. Additionally, Olivia has held teaching positions, including Lead Teacher for Teach For America and a Teacher at Caliber Beta Academy and West Contra Costa Unified School District. Olivia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
