Erin Mashaw

Erin Mashaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in child and youth development within the church context. Currently serving as the Parent Engagement Director at North Point Community Church since September 2020, Erin leads initiatives to partner with parents, providing resources for child and teenager growth. Erin also writes for The reThink Group, Inc. since April 2018. Previously, Erin held the position of Director at The Church at South Lake from March 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities included vision casting for a team of over 125 leaders and developing strategies for volunteer recruitment and retention. Erin began as a Volunteer Coordinator, supporting various departments with volunteer needs. Erin holds a Master of Arts in Counseling/Human Services and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University.
