Dave Holzhauer is a retired professional with extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in embedded systems. Currently a software engineer at North Point Defense, Inc. since May 2016, Dave previously served as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Honeywell from December 2007 to 2015, where involvement included leading project efforts on barcode scan engine integration. Prior experience includes being the Lead Software Engineer for Gen 5 Barcode Scan Imager development at Hand Held Products, Inc. from 2001 to 2007, contributing to the development of hardware interface software for handheld scanners. Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Broome Community College.
