He has displayed strong leadership skills as President and Executive Vice President of the Penn State Interfraternity Council, overseeing the largest fraternity community in the nation. Dean's experience also includes roles as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, Lead Materials Analyst, and Associate Analyst in healthcare and energy sectors.
