Laura Provenzale

Laura Provenzale is a skilled Managing Director with a background in investment banking. She currently holds positions at North Point Mergers and Acquisitions, Chief, and Pivotal Growth Partners. With experience at companies such as William Blair, Raymond James, and WR Hambrecht + Co, she brings expertise in consumer, retail, and restaurant investment banking. Laura is a member of various boards of directors, including The Revelry Group, a certified B Corporation focused on positive change. She holds an MBA in International Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business.
