Lisa Lee

Lisa Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and business management. As the CEO and Owner of North Point Technology, LLC since August 2002, Lisa has led an Industrial Automation and Control Systems Engineering firm, serving a diverse range of clients. In addition, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for Broome Co-operative Insurance Company and operates North Point Management Consulting, LLC, focusing on human resource and business management consulting for small to medium-sized companies. Previous roles include Director of Compliance & Ethics and Director of Medicare Programs at HealthNow New York Inc., as well as various human resources positions at International Paper and Singer Company. Lisa holds a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and additional education from Binghamton University School of Management.
