Aaron Hayes

Aaron Hayes, MBA, currently serves as Operations Manager at North Pointe Surgery Center since May 2024. Previously, Aaron held multiple roles at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from December 2019 to May 2024, including Project Manager in Strategy and Business Development, Manager of Ambulatory Operations, and Practice Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Ambulatory Surgical Center Manager at National Spine & Pain Centers from June 2016 to December 2019, and Regional Sales Director at American Income Life Insurance Company from August 2012 to July 2016. Aaron began a career in the health sector as an intern specializing in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Allegheny County Health Department in 2012, contributing to the 2012 Allegheny County Mortality Report. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania (2008-2012).
