Phillip Chen

Phillip Chen is an experienced healthcare professional with a solid background in quality, safety, and risk management. Currently serving as the Quality and Risk Manager at North Richmond Community Health since January 2022, Phillip previously held the position of Risk Business Partner at Monash Health from August 2015 to December 2021. Additional roles at Monash Health included Medical Administrator, Project Officer in the Digital Health Division, and Health Information and Privacy Officer. Phillip holds a Master of Health Information Management from La Trobe University and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Swinburne University of Technology.
