Waitus Leake is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at North Ridge Country Club since June 2022, Waitus previously held the position of Kitchen Manager at AC Restaurants and worked as Executive Chef at The StateView Hotel. Other notable positions include Executive Sous Chef at JB Duke Hotel, Sous Chef at Raleigh Marriott City Center, PM Kitchen Supervisor at Holiday Inn Resort Wrightsville Beach, and Banquet Cook at The Umstead Hotel and Spa.
