Michael Marshall has extensive experience in the sailing and environmental fields. Currently at North Sails since February 2013, Michael works in One Design and Design Services, focusing on sail design and addressing research and development inquiries. Prior to this role, Michael served as an Environmental Scientist at Fuss & O'Neill, specializing in fluvial geomorphology and civil engineering, and split time between office tasks and field sampling. Michael's earlier experience includes developing an online boat-parts store for Waterline Systems LLC as a Web Developer, coaching at Conanicut Yacht Club and other sailing institutions, and serving as a Teaching Assistant in astronomy and geophysics at Connecticut College. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Terrestrial and Planetary Geology from Connecticut College.
