Lara Serpentier

Lara Serpentier currently serves as an HR Business Partner at North Sea Port since October 2021, following a role as an HR consultant at Liantis from September 2016 to October 2021, where assistance was provided to entrepreneurs throughout their journey. Previously, Lara worked as a Department Manager for Running at Decathlon Belgium for one year and completed an HR trainee position at Deloitte Belgium. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educatieve Master of Science in de gedragswetenschappen en psychologie from Ghent University, attained between September 2019 and June 2021, along with earlier studies at the same university concluding in 2015.
