Both facilities have a temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse for inventory and logistics services. Both facilities also have sales and purchasing personnel. North Shore has opened sales offices in, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Shanghai China, Penang Malaysia, and Guadalajara Mexico to service customers globally.
