Jena began her banking career with North Shore as a part time teller back in 1990 and quickly rose to the position of Branch Supervisor. It was her attention to detail and genuine interest in her customers’ financial well-being that made her transition in 1996 to an expanding Investments & Trust division such a natural fit. As Private Banking Manager, Jena is able to tap into her broad range of banking knowledge to give her clients a truly well rounded Wealth Management experience. Jena is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, the ABA National Graduate Trust School, and is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). Jena’s commitment to improving community is evidenced by her involvement in the many non-profit organizations she has served over the years. Currently Jena serves on the Executive Board of the Duluth Superior Eco Rotary.
