Patricia Stolee

Patricia provides strategic direction in HR for North Shore Bank, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Human Resource leadership having worked in a variety of industries. Patricia’s specialties include: corporate culture, employee relations, leadership, recruitment, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, policy development and strategic planning. Her vast background in HR provides valuable insight and direction as staff and service offerings continue to grow. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota and is SHRM- SCP and SPHR certified. She is also a graduate of the renowned Dale Carnegie Training. In her free time, Patricia serves on the Board of Directors for the Northland Human Resources Association and serves on the Lake Superior Zoo Board.
