Jim Ott possesses extensive experience in the natural gas distribution field, currently serving as General Supervisor at North Shore Gas since June 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and responding to leaks within the underground natural gas distribution system. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of General Supervisor for the Distribution System at Peoples Gas from January 1985 to June 2008, managing field crews in emergency situations and routine maintenance tasks. Additionally, Jim has hands-on experience with various underground tasks, including the installation and repair of gas piping. Educationally, Jim is an alumnus of St. Patrick High School, having completed studies there from 1979 to 1983.
