Dana Decker

Dana Decker, LNHA, RRT has extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. Dana has held roles such as Respiratory Therapist at Aspirus from 1997 to 2013, Assistant Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Respiratory Therapy at North Central Health Care from 2012 to 2014, Executive Director and Nursing Home Administrator at Golden LivingCenters from 2014 to 2018, Administrator at Grace Lutheran Communities from 2018 to 2021, Healthcare Consultant at Koeppel Healthcare Solutions from 2021 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at North Shore Healthcare, LLC starting in 2023.

Dana Decker, LNHA, RRT has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services Administration from Upper Iowa University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Mid-State Technical College in 1997. Dana also has additional certifications as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Registered Respiratory Therapist.
