Jeanne Weiss

Jeanne Weiss, MSN, RN, CPHQ has a strong background in healthcare quality and leadership. Jeanne began their career as a Nursing Supervisor at ProHealth Care in 2016 before moving on to work as a Quality Specialist at Independent Care Health Plan in 2018. Jeanne then took on the role of Director of Quality at Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital at Greenfield in 2022. Currently, Jeanne serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at North Shore Healthcare, LLC, where they were promoted to the Clinical Director role in 2023.

Jeanne Weiss completed their Master of Science in Nursing Administration at Chamberlain University in 2017. Jeanne also obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in December 2023.
